Rates above are current list prices as of 2026 and may be revised for future bookings; anything you’ve already paid for stays at the price you were quoted. For the ₹2,00,000/month plan, we recommend a paid diagnostic call before signing on, so scope is set correctly from day one.
Clear terms, so there are no surprises later
The summary below applies to all services booked through this website. It’s a general policy, not legal advice — the terms confirmed on your invoice or booking confirmation will govern your specific booking.
Phone & video consultations
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Rescheduling is free of charge, once per booking
- No refund for a missed call or no-show without prior notice
- If we need to cancel, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice
Monthly services & AI implementation
- Refundable in full within 7 days of the first payment, provided work beyond the initial diagnostic hasn’t started
- After that, billing is monthly; cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice
- No refund for the portion of a month already worked, since this is a time-based engagement
- Renews only on confirmation from you — no silent auto-renewal at a different price
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- You’ll get a confirmation email once a refund is initiated
